HOSHI is a depiction of infinite space, utilizing light, mirrors, and sound to engage visitors into an immersive, large-scale experience. HOSHI seeks to depict a sense of the future by blurring the lines between the real and virtual, with the goal for the technology to be as invisible as possible so the viewers are able to fully immerse oneself in the experience.
-
HOSHI is made of 16 mirrors and 40 fluorescent tubes.
The artwork was created as part of a touring exhibition of immersive art in 2016 that visited NY, LA, and Chicago.
HOSHI was featured in the DJ Snake music video, The Half.
